At Moffat we’d like to think of our equipment as a memento of our relationship with our customers and often installation of our equipment can pose some exciting challenges which are likely to be different in each kitchen. As such our industry continues to learn and innovate new methods of doing business, which is why we introduced Moffat Connection, to showcase success stories from our customers so the industry can stay in touch, keep up to date and learn from some of the leading influencers from within our industries.

- We had an interesting chat with Fiona Hogan, Home Economics and Hospitality Subject Coordinator at Genesis Christian College, as she praises the installation of the equipment and its benefit to students
